The Touching Lives Society

The Touching Lives Society is comprised of donors who show their commitment to the vital work of the Southeastern Virginia Chapter through five-year financial pledges of at least $1,000 per year. Because of these multi-year commitments, the Chapter will continue to touch the lives of our friends, families and neighbors in our community.

The Henry Dunant Society

From the Battlefields of Solferino in Northern Italy in 1859, Henry Dunant was prompted to call for an international relief organization to bring aid to the war injured.  In 1863, he founded the International Red Cross Movement in Switzerland and made a lifetime commitment to humanitarian relief.  The Henry Dunant Society recognizes lifetime giving levels and acknowledges those donors who have demonstrated a long-term commitment to the Southeastern Virginia Chapter.
